Do I need exact measurements?
No. Rough sizes are fine to start. We’ll tell you if we need a proper measure before confirming.
Can you move furniture?
Often, yes. Heavy or awkward items need mentioning before the job so it’s allowed for properly.
Do you take old carpet away?
Uplift and disposal can usually be included. Say what needs removing when you ask for a quote.
Can I choose at home?
Yes. EasyBuy works by message, but Home Choose is there if you want samples brought to you.
Do you do fitting only?
Usually no — this is a supply and fit service. That keeps the job controlled and avoids problems with unknown materials.
Do you sell LVT?
No. Carpety is focused on carpets first. Keep the offer simple, do it properly.
